There are a few possible reasons why you see a decrease in the cause total raised, which represents the activity of all current and former supporting members.
- Returns of merchandise can result in a member being issued a credit.
- Stores reporting corrections can result in a negative posting when occurrences of double reporting or incorrect donation credits are discovered.
- A membership may have not fulfilled the posted terms of our membership agreement or bonus offers, whereby that member's bonus is revoked.

In the Cause Menu & Options sidebar you will find the "Cause Ledger" which contains full details of all your iGive activity, with a "Supporter List" which has tools to assist you in managing and communicating with your iGive supporters.
Regarding Button Bonuses:
We want to do all we can to see that our causes benefits from their members efforts.
Those members who didn't earn a bonus can have a second chance. If they load the button now, they can visit: http://www.igive.com/diagnostics - then send us the results showing their Button is installed and working - and we will issue a new bonus. The member will need to keep the Button working for 90 days (or the bonus will be reversed), as in the same spirit as the original offer.
NOTE: You will need to be logged in under your personal iGive membership, and have your Cause ID number and Cause Password.
