How do I know if my iGive Button is working and up to date?

When you open your browser, the iGive software will "phone home" to the iGive database for the most up-to-date information to catch all donation opportunities for you.  Our database logs this, and you can see the last time your Button checked in by visiting our diagnostic page.

When you successfully link to a store via, (either through the site or your Button), your visit will be immediately posted and visible in the "You Recently Visited" header box (you may have to refresh the page).  Please look there to see if you are correctly connecting to stores.
