November 17th, 2017, Firefox launched a new update, which doesn't play well with the iGive.com Button browser add-on.

Basically, the iGive Button is not working properly for some stores, so we've turned off those stores.

Please visit https://www.iGive.com/diagnostics to make certain we've updated your Button for the affected stores so that you don't have the problem.

After updating, if you visit one of those stores in Firefox, you won't see the iGive Button, and your Cause won't automatically get credit with your donation.  We understand that's bad.

Two things you can do to ensure your cause DOES get credit:
1 - Use a different browser (Chrome or Safari) for the time being.  Be sure you have the Button installed on whichever browser you decide to use: https://www.igive.com/button/

2- Visit our site, and click on the store links directly from there:
(https://www.iGive.com).  You can also shop our site by category here.

While the problem occurred because of changes Firefox made last week, it's up to us to correct it.  And our elves are working hard on that, but we don't know how long that will take.

Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience - we'll let you know as soon as we have an update.
