How do I report a missing iGive check?

If you have not received a check shown on the Cause Stats page after 90 days, please submit a new ticket to Cause Support.
 
 Please
 include the following information: 
 Cause Name or Cause ID, check number, check date, check amount and current mailing address. 
 
We cannot take action on a missing check until 90 days after the date of the check.

When a cause check is reported missing, the check is investigated, voided and the amount due is reverted back to pending funds for reissue to your cause in the upcoming check run.  This process happens once a month somewhere between the 15th and month's end.
